Ambient enjoyed not only by us but many kings, presidents, , stars , scientists, artists, high dignitaries from all over the world with their framed photograph along the corridors on all floors. To just name few, the likes of Brad Pitt, Nicola Tesla, Kirk Douglas, Peter Ustinov, Nehru, Von Karajan, and many more Day and night lovely live music played on piano by different pianists one of them , charming pianist Bojana with her elegance and demeanor. Valet parking service and friendly staff. Hotel's excellent location and its grand decor.

We booked due to the historic nature of this property and family memories of it. The staff was absolutely amazing. They strive to meet every need you may have and for us, met every one. Its location makes it very easy to walk to many of the historic destinations in Belgrade, the waterfront, the pedestrian walks, shops and restaurants.

This hotel is a true gem in the heart of Belgrade’s old town. The historic building is stunning, full of character and beautifully preserved, giving you a real sense of the city’s charm. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from all the must-see sights, cafes, and vibrant spots in the old town. The staff are incredibly welcoming, going above and beyond to make you feel at home. It’s the perfect place to experience Belgrade’s culture and history while enjoying exceptional hospitality. The location is great & the furnishings are beautiful. Bed & pillows were not very comfortable & felt like they were worn & needed to be replaced. Couch in the room was extremely old, sunken & so uncomfortable we couldn’t sit on it. Staff at front desk were not very friendly either & looked annoyed when you tried to talk with them. Restaurant/cafe staff are much better, helpful & personable. However, the breakfast was the best with so much variety!

Probably one of the best locations in the city. The bell boy took care of bringing our luggage to the room. For guests who do not want to use the minibar they offer to clear the fridge to allow space for the guest’s own items. Our ‘regular’ room was spacy and offered an excellent city view. The internet capacity was more than sufficient for all our devices. The room had an electric kettle and complimentary tea and sugar. The breakfast is excellent and meticulously arranged with fresh items and a genuine attentive, helpful and polite staff. The breakfast is served inside or outside, accompanied by a pianist discretely providing a soft musical accompaniment to the eggs and bacon or a crisp petite pain au chocolat. The plug in our bathtub was defect and repaired, literally within minutes, when reported. All staff members – at the front desk, housekeeping and in the restaurant were super nice, smiling, polite and helpful.

I really loved the style of the hotel - very sophisticated and beautiful one, made me feel like in the golden era of the past. My favorite detail was the fact that there was piano accompaniment all the time in the restaurant and the lobby, and the pianists were wonderful. The breakfast was nice, the room too - I would not say luxurious one, but very comfortable and big enough. The location is just perfect - you are in the ideal center, and everything is near, including the Old City.

Elegant old world hotel with a great spa, wonderful lobby and dining areas, additional full floor lounge, an expansive outdoor restaurant/cafe with abundant tables, full menu, excellent, courteous, efficient waiters and a feeling of being very separated from the street. Piano music accompanied all meals, snacks, drinks. Good breakfast. Excellent pastries for afternoon coffee or tea. Try their own "Aurora" cake. It's wonderful. The staff was very accomodating.

We come again and again when we travel to Serbia. This time we could use the spa and enjoyed an excellent massage. The stuff was very nice and we could also change the room as we wanted a room with less electromagnetiv radiation. The first one was opposite to a mobile antenna on the roof of the neighbour building. Breakfast as always: wonderful. What we also enjoy every time is the piano player in the restaurant. The cafe with all the lovely cases is something that visitors should not miss. It is a perfect starting point for sightseeing in the city. There is a parking house around the corner.

It was the best hotel I have stayed in so far. Know I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. I would book this above any other hotel. Windows, good air, , sustainable, bar, Spa, Jacuzzi Every you need for a good stay.

The hotel is very conveniently located near major tourist attractions. The staff is polite and the breakfast had a lot of options. The actual beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and spacious.
